We welcome comments and questions, especially those relating to the "therapy paradox" in children who stutter. Why do both therapies appear to work? Why did we change to direct modification without compiling empirical support? Why do embrace one and reject the other, when there is no compelling evidence of a differential success rate? Why are we so confident of "our techniques" when everything works? How do we account for the levels of spontaneous recovery? Does it all turn out the same in the long run?
