"spontaneous recovery"...is it a sudden disapppearance of the problem...I have been told that stuttering is a lifelong problem that does not heal but rather is controlled....! My son has been in and out of therapy the last 6 years (he's 15)....will it disappear eventually with maturity and confidence...i'm sort of confused...
