I am confused. I have always believed that the reason for multiple therapy approaches is that no two people are alike. Therefore, not all approaches will work for all people. It is the responsibility of the clinician to determine what is the best approach for each client. So wouldn't this mean that all approaches have the possibility of being successful in at least one or two cases?
