Well..this is the moot question posed by this paper...we all are very confused. but then, we need to ask ourselves as clinicians and researchers...do I go ahead and make a decision about a therapy technique or approach when I have no idea if the judgement I have made is right or wrong. I have been a clinician for six years and every time I had to make a decision like this..i would think and say to myself..is the decison I just made was a right one? I think either way, things should have worked out fine for at least 70% of the time but we need to look at the 30% who usually don't benefit from the decisions we make. This is where we are working at improving the treatment strategies so that we know at least with some certainty that the technique we would use will be of some help.
