Speaking of surveys and questionnaires ... I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but in case it hasn't been mentioned, I'd like to bring attention to a very interesting presentation at the CAPS 2001 conference in Calgary in August 2001, which possibly might tie in with your own research, Thomas.

One of the workshops at the Calgary conference was entitled "People who Stutter are Less Accepting of Speech Differences than Normally Fluent Speakers Are." The workshop was by Shelli Wright. If I recall correctly, the research by Shelli Wright indicated that, when stutterers and non-stutterers listen to the same speech samples, the stutterers tend to rate that samples more negatively than non-stutterers.
