I had the opportunity to talk with a group of teachers and slps this morning on the subject of the child who stutters in the classroom, and was able to use several of the pictures from this remarkable collection as illustrations. The response was very positive and, I think, the audience left with a better understanding because of these depictions of stuttering. I think, too, the artwork was effective in stimulating interest in this conference and will, I hope, result in more people reading the wonderful variety of papers presented. Thanks Judy, and everyone who helped collect these pieces!
