Anders, Lori, Adriana, and those who shared comments about their experience in using art with children who stutter,

Thank you (and others who submitted pictures) for helping to build this very interesting and valuable art gallery. Already clinicians have used it to help teachers in an inservice gain insight about stuttering, provided an interesting therapy opportunity over the telephone between a child and clinician, provided an opportunity for two children in therapy to learn from others what stuttering feels like to them and inspired them to share their feelings with the conference. It will also provide an interesting class discussion for a course in counseling and communication disorders that I will be teaching next semester. One of the points of discussion will be how we collaberate with other professionals.

You cannot know how grateful I am for your expertise and exceptional participation in the conference this year. I had a dream for this paper and in my opinion it couldn't have turned out to be a better learning experience. Several SLPs use artwork with children and I believe this paper is a good example of how we can work with and learn so much from other professions. With a master's degree in counseling I felt I had a bit of information about this topic, but your responses taught me so much!! This was such a fun paper for me, and you provided the experience in using this medium as well as the professional underpinning that made it more than a "wow - look at these neat pictures" paper.

It has been wonderful working with all of you!

Judy
