Thanks for your comments and by all means print this article and pass it out to as many parents as you can.. I agree that slps, parents need to be advocates for children who stutter. More importantly they need to teach the children who stutter to be their own advocates because as they grow into adulthood many times they act like victims to their own stuttering.
