I am a graduate student in Speech Pathology and currently am taking a fluency course. I was compelled to read this article because I think that while I have been learning about stuttering, its characteristics and ways to treat it, I have neglected to think about how a stutterer feels. This article provided me with some insight about how frustrating stuttering really is.
