I'm really pleased you found my comments (which are based on things I've learned from people I've worked with as a volunteer over the past 14 years) were useful.
I hope you'll have an opportunity to attend a future CAPS conference (next one is in 2003). I know, from the conference surveys, that people really enjoy the conferences and get a lot out of them.
