Nice to meet you and I really hope to renew our contact.
About the Latvian web site. I have no problem to provide you with ISA template (that works with front page) and I'll be happy to help you with this project anyway I can.
My feeling is that we should start with translating to Latvian the mission page (Page 1). So Gunars what we have to do is just to start working on this.
I see no problem that we will not be able to overcome including the problem of alphabet (is that Cyrillic alphabet?).
Oooooooooooops, only one problem. I don't speak Latvian :-)
