Jaan has already said everything. So I have no much to add. As to me personally I don't like that people finish my sentences especially because usually people has the tendency to finish my sentence THEIR WAY and not mine.
I also remember myself talking about in few Radio interviews, asking people NOT to finish words or sentences.
But, we had a discussion about in our self help group in Tel Aviv. In that discussion I was surprised to see, that there are PWS who likes such help. So now our recommendation to the general public is: "Ask if it is OK to finish PWS words or sentences before doing it".
