Let's stop talking and start working. I think the best will be if we will start to talk personally via E-mail and stop bothering all world with technical stuff my E-mail add is bravid@runbox.com .
According to what I found on my system, I'll be able to handle Lithuanian text, but you will have to send me it in HTML format.
For the start I would suggest to make a feasibility test. Please send me a short Lithuanian text in HTML format (do it before paying for the translation). I'll check if I can handle it without destroying it.
About the Russian text… If we will overcome the Lithuanian text, the Russian will be easier. So lets deal with Lithuania first.
