I read your comments with interest.
One of the current projects of ISA, as listed by Mark Irwin <mirwin@cobweb.com.au> , chair of the ISA board of directors, is to assist national associations to develop CD-ROMs with information for children who stutter, their parents, teachers, and fluent classmates.
The procedures you have described offer promising ideas to assist in the organizing of such a CD-ROM project. As well, the use of 1.4 MB disks as a medium for information distribution would be especially useful in situations where people do not have CD-ROM drives.
As well, Judith Kuster <judith.kuster@mnsu.edu> , webmaster of the Stuttering Home Page, has distributed, to ISA member associations, a CD-ROM of the previous ISAD online conference. I imagine she may be planning to similarly distribute a CD-ROM of the current ISAD online conference.
I would suggest that, in addition to Mike Irwin, some people that you might consider contacting are Stefan Hoffmann <sthoff160@gmx.net> , chair of the ISA outreach working group (who has a keen interest in outreach in parts of the world without ready access to the Internet), and Benny Ravid <bravid@runbox.com> , head of the webmaster group of the ISA website.
