I agree with You that stutterers are afraid of stuttering before they start to talk and this is very hard to over come! I can tell You that I did it! I'm taking part on Mrs. Eva Galewska's therapy and She learnt me how win with my fear. It isn't easy, trully it is very taft proccess but I can assure You that everyone who took part on this therapy is no afraid to speak anymore. Now I can speak freelly, I can buy anything, I can talk to the strangers, I finelly can live... This is only one of many units on this therapy. Everyone after it can speak fluently and without fearness. So it is possible to learn how win with Your fearness and stuttering - but it is very complicated process - not just like "swollow the pill".
