Hi Lynn:

Thanks for the post. Sorry to say, my take on what you have to say is that even in a program with someone who cares about fluency (you) it is still difficult to keep fluency as "prominent" in the curriculum as it should be. What happens in the programs where there is no one on board to defend the fluency classes? "Oh, they'll get that on their internships." Sad but true, I’m afraid.
