We hope and expect that with the launch of the ISA Chinese language website on Oct 22, 2001 we will get contact with more CHinese stutterers and interested clinicians over the long run. However, without a substantial backing by the authorities a big impact will be difficult.
We began cautious planning of a National Conference about Stuttering in China in late 2002. But no confirmation possible at this time.
