Thanks for interesting comments. This is crucial that CHinese stutterers themselves are involved in this process of creating more friendly environment for stutterers in China. According to Stefan Hoffmann's experience, they are not very forthcoming and open towards them why try to help them. I would like to ask all those Chinese, who have read this article and comments, and who has fluency problem, to contact Stefan and help him in organizing the Self-Help Group.
