Pete,

I don't know if you've had a chance to read James Griffin's ISAD paper, but he talks about how reading has been one key to his fluency. But I have a question. We've often noticed that some teens and adults who stutter are more fluent when they read and others are much less fluent when they read (because they can't circumlocate when reading?). In your experience with children, have you seen this occur as well? If so, at what age?

Judy
