Hi Viren:

It can be very difficult to think clearly when you are in any strong emotional state. I really don't like to give advice at such a distance, but perhaps it would help if you tried to stay with the feeling, unpleasant as it is. Really feel it. With repetition this may diminish the intensity of the feeling and you may be able to function with more clarity of thought. It would be best to do this with a therapist, however.
