Thank you. It is very gratifying to know that my work has been helpful to you.

It may be necessary to grieve a little over the losses you have had because of your stuttering. I see this often in people who have missed out on a lot of childhood, because their stuttering made it impossible for them to be spontaneous in their interactions, as most children are. I even came to call it the "lost childhood" pattern. It is healthy to feel sad about these losses because by letting yourself feel sad about them you can reach a point where you accept the reality of them, and then you can move on from where you are now. The journey continues.

So, now, it would be good to let yourself have fun.
