Hi Gina

That's a tougie. I guess I trusted John because he was open about his own experiences from the start. He really WANTED to hear what I had to say... and didn't patronise me... we always seemed to be on equal level as two people who stuttered.

The trust was gradual - in time, it will build between an SLP and their client, sometimes it takes longer than other situations, but it will happen - trust me on that one.
