Candace, I don’t believe I have ever read an article that was as good about detailing the importance of prioritization! Thank you!!! Your article was a real inspiration. I have dated a fellow who is blind now for four years. A few people have really attacked me with the disadvantage this disability is for my fellow and how horrible it would be for me to marry into it. I have tried over and over to explain that the fact that he can’t drive or mow the lawn is quite trivial in the scope of things. People, not things, are the most important aspects of life. Your article really demonstrates this point to the fullest and I look forward to sharing it with others who seem to hold the gloom and doom over my head. One quick question…is there anything anyone could have done to point you to or point out the importance of prioritizing to you sooner or do you think it is completely a self discovery issue? Thanks again! Amanda
