I reading your article I felt touched. The expereinces you have encountered were lesson within themselves which taught you the importance of life. Your paper will be read to my students in fluency therapy (group session). I hope they will find the importance of not letting the stuttering control them- but to control the stuttering. Also in in reading your paper I want my students realize the choices they could have (e.g. would you rather have a disease or stutter). this is an activity we do in therapy ony to find out that of 10/15 choices they checked I rather stutter. than....). Again maturiy and life experiences played a great part in you controlling your stuttering and putting the stuttering in perspective. My questiin to you is: 1. How would you rate the severity of your stuttering now? 2. How do you control the blocks and repetitions during conversational speech?
