Thanks for your feedback. I receive and respond to 20 to 25 emails each month. Although some of my responses seem fairly "routine" when I compose them, each time I write a customized email. Obviously, there is a great deal of variance in the detail of my responses, depending on my "state of mind" at the time of the response. Most emails usually take about 10 minutes to read and send a response.
