  1. We all have fears which mainly focus on not being good enough at something. Lists 5 strengths or things that you suspect are true about you.

  1. Fear can feel like a choke hold. Pretend that the object of your fear is actually a blessing in disguise. How might your stuttering turn out to help rather than hinder you?

  2. When you fear (stuttering) can¹t be avoided, how do you react? Think about your stuttering, write down at least three physical attributes of your fear. What does fear feel like in your body?
