Lena Rustin

Lena Rustin, an internationally known speech-language therapist who specialized in treating stuttering, died December 26, 2004, in England. Rustin founded the Association for Research into Stammering in Childhood (ARSC) in 1991. In 1993, her life-long dream was realized when the Michael Palin Centre for Stammering Children in London, England, was founded, funded jointly by ARSC and the Islington Primary Care Trust. She served as director of the Michael Palin Centre.
