I have a strong passion for the impact that the “college experience” can have on a student’s life which is one of the exciting things about this position. With concurrent enrollment students get to test college out to see if it’s a good fit for them. I love the fact that I get to build relationships with students, teachers, administrators, and university faculty. There aren’t a lot of positions that have that type of opportunity. The concurrent enrollment program here at Minnesota State University, Mankato is evolving and I am proud, and excited, to be a part of that evolution. About me: I’m a Minnesota State Mankato grad. I think it’s fairly safe to say that I bleed purple and gold. I graduated in 2007 with my bachelor’s in Psychology and in 2009 with my master’s in Counseling and Student Personnel – Student Affairs. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Carrie, and three kids, Olivia, Noah, and Cecilia. I love to fish, golf, and stay as active as I can. I’m a huge sports fan so during the colder months you can probably find me at Maverick football and hockey games or at the curling rink.
