Primavera P6

This course, taught from a practicioner perspective, reviews the basic scheduling concepts introduced in CPM 101 with a focus on creating and updating schedules in Primavera P6 Rel 8.

  •  Participants will be able to build, manage and update a schedule with multiple activity types, relationship types, and activity codes in Primavera P6
  •  Participants will be able to manage float and create reports in Primavera P6
