The Counseling Center has several brochures and "tip sheets" available that address some common problems students may experience periodically. Examples of these topics include, but are not limited to, stress management, overcoming procrastination, perfectionism, assertiveness skills, self-confidence, and test anxiety. These free brochures are available for personal use or class presentations or projects. The Counseling Center also has several brochures about campus services.
Need to interview a mental health professional for a class? Counseling Center psychologists are happy to provide information on a variety of mental health topics. Interviews may be conducted in person, over the phone, or via email. Call 389-1455 to specify your needs, and you will likely be able to meet with a psychologist within a week of your request.
