Project Description
Welcome to Mentor Match, a voluntary project intended to help new female employees transition into their new roles and environment by offering them a way to find other women on campus who are interested in volunteering as mentors.
Mentor Match is based on the premise that helping relationships are especially satisfying and meaningful when mentors and mentees voluntarily choose each other.
