Please submit a 1-2 paragraph “statement of impact” with your reimbursement request, so that we can better understand how these funds helped to forward your research agenda or professional development.
Budgeting/Reimbursement
Reimbursement requests (expense forms) and receipts are due to Elizabeth Lindstrom, CSU 218, prior to May 3, 2010. Exceptions to this deadline may be requested in writing by April 12, 2010, along with a plan for submitting reimbursement forms and receipts. No exceptions can be planned for after June 15, 2010.
