SEEDS is a statewide program of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDot) which offers highly motivated minority and/or economically disadvantaged students the chance to grown in learning and on-the-job experience. Students in senior high school, trade/ technical or business schools, colleges or universities may qualify as candidates for the SEEDS program. Unemployed persons who have dropped out of school, but who are interested in continuing their education in a career needed at Mn/Dot may also be eligible. The purpose of SEEDS is to prepare participants for possible full-time employment at Mn/Dot, depending on job availability.
