Teacher of Color scholarship is open to all bilingual students. Teacher of Color Scholarship is a cooperative effort of seven Southern Minnesota school districts and Minnesota State University. The scholar-ship was developed to increase the number of teachers with bilingual language. Successful candidates of this scholarship will receive funding for tuition, books, supplies, and some miscellaneous expenses.
