Items have a set criteria for maximum calories, fat grams, cholesterol and sodium. For example, no entree has more than 550 calories, have less than 15 gm of fat, less than 100 mg of cholesterol and less than 600mg of sodium.
 

 

Vegan contains only plant-based ingredients. Exludes all meats and meat byproducts, excludes all poultry, all fish, all seafood, all dairy, all eggs and egg products, all honey.
 
Items that are consistent with a low-carb diet and contain 20 grams of carbohydrate or less. Carb-friendly items do not abandon the healthy carbs found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

 

 

Vegetarian dishes may contain milk and/or eggs. Meats, meat products, seafood, fish and poultry are excluded.
