Academic accommodations for students are determined on an individual case-by-case basis. Students with documented disabilities desiring an accommodation plan of support should schedule an appointment with the Office of Disability Services. Most accommodations involve procedures and a responsibility on the student’s part to submit requests as needed each semester. Note: Request forms can be picked up outside the Office of Disability Services door for completion.
