The Office of Disabilities Director works closely with The Office of Residential Life to accommodate students with housing needs as they relate to their disability. Upon acceptance and decision to attend MSU, Mankato, students with a disability wishing to make residence hall accommodation requests should complete the "Health Care Form for Students Requesting Housing Accommodations". The housing form is to be completed by the student's health care provider or another appropriate evaluating professional. Students should submit the completed form by mail or fax to the Office of Disability Services by May 15 of the previous school year for priority consideration. Please note students seeking accommodations must submit their housing application and deposit before accommodation requests will be finalized.
