The MSU student, Tristina
(pictured on the front, right in the picture from a completion ceremony),
set up the playground project after volunteering at Zwelihle in South
Africa. As an
anthropology student, she was interested in people and culture in South
Africa. Her experience in Zwelihle lead her to work for black children who
did not have a playground. The following is the process of her project,
which lasted
nearly two years.
