Impatiens pallida Nutt. (wild touch me not)

The stems and leaves were crushed together to a pulp and applied to skin for cure of rash and eczema.

Ipomoea leptophylla Torr. (bush morning glory)

The root was burned and the smoke inhaled for nervousness and bad dreams. To alleviate pain, crushed root was brushed on the body, also used to revive someone who had fainted.

Iris versicolor L. (blue flag)

The root was pulverized and mixed with water and dropped in ear for earaches and in eyes for eye sores. A paste was also made to apply to sores and bruises.
