The Americas vs. Egypt

Egypt’s mythical history has been a long and fascinating journey. The Americas, however, has had more questionable theories pertaining to the astrology, God-like depictions, and construction. There have been questionable aspects to similarities between Egypt and the Americas. One such similarity has been the architecture of pyramids and temples. The building materials alone are astonishing and it makes a person wonder how they can be so similar in size and content and there not be any sort of connection? Such ideas have concluded that the people of Central and South America must have gone out on boats and gotten caught up in storms only to land on Egyptian soil. With ideas and physical examples already on their own native soil, it was only a matter of time before they were befriended and told of their construction secrets. However, none of this has been proven and to some is nearly an impossible explanation.

A second theory has been that the astrology of the America's has been the exact replication of the attempted agricultural system of the Egyptians and visa versa. Some believe that the Egyptians began to grow and cultivate crops based on what was seen in terms of constellations. The people of the Americas have also attempted to build their way of life based on positions the stars took. This was how they distinguished what time of the year it was and were able to worship the appropriate God accordingly. This theory is obviously unfounded due to the differences in time frames as well as agricultural crops. The astrology of these two distinct peoples has a different story all on their own. There hasn’t been any further research to my knowledge of such an idea and more or less has been chalked up to just another crazy theory.
