Pictograph

A pictograph is created by painting on a rock with animal blood, plant materials, or other pigments.

It can be done at home with a dandelion rubbed on a rock. Pictographs are usually found in caves or under overhanging cliffs.

Many pictographs have since disappeared due to weathering.
