Per Minnesota State/MSU's 1B.3 Policy, stalking is conduct directed at a specific person that is unwanted, unwelcome or unreciprocated and that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or to suffer substantial emotional distress.

You should feel safe at Minnesota State Mankato.
