Program Description | A series of 3 courses open to anyone. This program does not prepare students to become interpreters. It is intended to teach the basics about ASL and deaf culture. Knowledge of ASL and deaf culture will help students be more competitive for jobs as employers strive for diversity in the workplace. These courses are appropriate for anyone entering an educational or health care field, or preparing to work in customer relations.
