| Program Description |
The Certificate in Law Enforcement Management is intended to provide college-level training in administration and leadership to current and prospective criminal justice and public safety supervisors. The program is ideal for professionals in law enforcement and related positions who are seeking to improve their managerial credentials while occupying or contemplating positions of leadership. The 6-course certificate program can be completed in a single year. The 6 courses are offered entirely online in a 2-2-2 rotation during the summer, fall, and spring, respectively. Participants in the program will explore and master topics such as personnel management, liability, collective bargaining, administration and planning. |
| Admission Requirements |
Ideal candidates for the program will be currently employed in law enforcement, other areas of criminal justice, or other areas of public safety. Additionally, applicants should possess at least 60 credit hours of undergraduate coursework. |
