| Program Description |
Globalization of the U.S. business environment and Minnesota State University, Mankato's emphasis on global solutions makes the International Business minor an excellent choice for many undergraduate students. The International Business minor is designed to complement the student's major field of study and enhance his/her career opportunities. It is strongly recommended to students in business administration, marketing, management, finance, accounting, language, political science, history, geography, and other related areas. Students are also encouraged to take advantage of opportunities offered through the International Programs Office in Centennial Student Union 238. Career Outlook

The International Business minor is a career booster for all College of Business majors. It is also a complementary minor for students majoring in modern languages, political science, international relations, geography and economics. Students with an understanding of international business and the cultural environment are well suited to work in today's diverse and globalized economy. |
| Admission Requirements | Students must be admitted to a major at Minnesota State University, Mankato to register for 300/400 level courses. Since all courses for the International Business minor are 300/400 level, a student will need to be admitted to a major or bachelor completion program before they can start classes in this minor. |
