The Family Services Program seeks to provide a mutual understanding and forum for communication between the University and families of our students in order to support student success, promote an appropriate role for families within the campus community, and involve families in the Maverick experience.
The University has a wide array of diversity related programs and offices to further the enrichment of students through multicultural experiences and studies. With 650 students from 72 countries, the University remains committed to still higher levels of diversity and to providing students with the resources to be global in their education, their thinking and in their future contributions.
We invite you as family members of Mavericks to join the Family Association and become involved in the Advisory Council. The Family Advisory Council is currently being formed to provide a support network for the families of Minnesota State Mankato students and offer family members opportunities to provide feedback, support the programs, activities, and mission of the University, assist with determining communication between the University and the families of students.
