Facilities Use Contracts:
For use of MSU facilities, contact the Centennial Student Union reservation desk by calling 507.389.2223 to make a reservation. A contract will be generated from the reservation.
Grant Contracts:
Contracts involving Grants are processed through the Research and Sponsored Programs Office by calling 507.389.5275 for information.
All Other Contracts and Agreements:
To initiate a contract other than through the Purchasing Order System, complete the “Information Form Needed to Generate a Contract” and bring it to the office of Finance and Administration contracts area (WA 238) or by calling 507.389.6623 or 507.389.3242. In order for the Contracts Office to complete all signatures for contracts before the start of the event and/or services, please forward this information to us at least two weeks prior to the start date.
