Facilities Use Contracts:
For use of MSU facilities, contact the Centennial Student Union reservation desk by calling 507.389.2223 to make a reservation. A contract will be generated from the reservation.
Grant Contracts:
Contracts involving Grants are processed through the Research and Sponsored Programs Office by calling 507.389.5275 for information.
All Other Contracts and Agreements:
To initiate a contract other than through the Purchasing Order System, complete the “Information Form Needed to Generate a Contract” and bring it to the office of Finance and Administration contracts area (WA 238) or by calling 507.389.6623 or 507.389.3242.
