If you are interested in applying for a Platinum Plus for Business MasterCard and do not have a current American Express corporate card with the University, applications are available at "The Hub" which is located on the first floor of the Administration Building. Please complete both sides of the application and return it to Nancy Hallett, WA334. If your application is approved by MBNA, your new credit card will be mailed to the address you have indicated on your application. We are also changing our procedures regarding the purchase of airline tickets and payment of conference/workshop registration fees. The new MBNA corporate card can be used for those transactions—there is no need to process them through the Purchasing Office. Just charge them to your MBNA card and request reimbursement by processing a personal expense report. Please follow current procedures for obtaining authorization to travel by completing a CS1404 form: "Travel Advance Request and/or Prior Approval for Out-of-State Travel".
