How to Enroll

Learning community enrollment for the 2012-2013 academic year is now open!

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited! No applications for learning community enrollment will be accepted after the end of summer orientation.

If you have questions about Minnesota State Mankato's learning communities program, please contact the First Year Experience Office.

 How To Enroll

During your senior year of High School:

1. Apply for Admission to Minnesota State University, Mankato.
2. Make a Housing Reservation. You can apply for housing online or call Residential Life and let them know you'd like the paper application materials mailed to you.
3. Complete Your Learning Community Enrollment Form and Excellence in Citizenship Agreement.  Fill out the online enrollment form for the fastest response; a paper form will be mailed to you as well. Remember, learning communities are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.

The Office of First Year Experience will notify you of the status of your learning community enrollment once your form is received. You will not be enrolled in a learning community unless you have submitted your housing pre-payment to Residential Life and completed your housing application and contract.
