  • Photo identification
Photo ID is needed to check-in to Orientation.

  • Pillow and sleeping bag or blanket
If you're staying overnight on campus, linens are not provided in the residence halls, however most rooms have air conditioning.

  • Overnight necessities
If you're staying overnight on campus, bring shower shoes, a towel, toiletries, hair dryers, etc., and comfortable clothes. You will have a sink in your room, and the bathroom will be down the hall.

  • Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes
We will be walking between University buildings throughout the day, so it's important to dress appropriately.

  • Umbrella
It's best to be prepared for the occasional rain shower, as we will be walking on campus.

  • Alarm Clock
Orientation starts early on day two, so make sure to have an alarm to wake you up! Sorry, no wake up calls.

  • Sweater or jacket
Temperatures vary between buildings, so layering clothing can be helpful.

  • Water Bottle
Especially for nighttime activities, it may be nice to have a water bottle.

Please note:

  • No phones or televisions are provided for guests who are registered for family/guest housing.
